About CommonWealth Ops

Autonomous commerce, with skin in the game.

What is CommonWealth Ops?

CommonWealth Ops is an autonomous commerce operator. It takes someone's existing value — a product, a craft, a creative work, a store, an idea — and operates the commercial layer around it. Not as a tool that requires expertise to use, but as a system that does the work so the person can focus on what only they can do.

The intelligence layer tracks what is working in your market each week. The execution layer converts that intelligence into action: offer, store, creative, test, measurement, iteration. Progressively, as trust is earned, the system operates more and the operator decides less.

Who is it for?

CommonWealth Ops is for anyone with value to sell and not enough time, resources, or ecommerce expertise to sell it well.

The beginner

Someone who wants to start ecommerce but does not know where to begin. The system structures the first steps without requiring technical knowledge.

The creator

An artist, craftsperson, or maker with real creative work but no capacity to run the commercial operation around it. CommonWealth Ops operates the commerce layer so they can keep creating.

The family operator

A family or individual with a product or small business that wants to build an online asset with structure instead of blind risk.

The existing operator

Someone who already has a product, a store, or an ecommerce brand, and wants to automate the operational layer — ad testing, creative iteration, intelligence, scaling decisions — without managing it manually every day.

The experienced operator

An advanced ecommerce founder who wants faster testing, better creative intelligence, and stronger capital discipline across their operation.

What problem does it solve?

Ecommerce is not hard because of one task. It is hard because everything hits at once: product research, store creation, creative, advertising, analytics, profit tracking, optimization, fulfillment. Most people do not fail from lack of motivation. They fail from lack of operational structure — too many high-risk decisions demanded before the game is understood.

CommonWealth Ops supplies that structure. It operates the commercial layer — detecting opportunities, building testable commerce assets, running controlled experiments, protecting capital, and learning from every result — so the person can focus on the value only they can create.

What CommonWealth Ops is not

Not a course. Not a passive income machine. Not a guaranteed-winner generator. Not for people who want to get rich without building real commercial value. The system reduces bad decisions, accelerates testing, and protects capital — it does not eliminate risk or promise returns.

Pilot 0 — Creator Commerce

The first external pilot is a working artist. She has real creative work and real value but no time or capacity to operate ecommerce. CommonWealth Ops operates the commercial layer for her so she can keep creating. This pilot is not about proving full automation. It is about proving the first wedge: turning existing value into a controlled, structured commerce operation.

Who built it

CommonWealth Ops is built and operated by Jacobo López-Cortijo, a self-employed founder based in Cádiz, Spain. He answers email at jacobolopezcortijo@gmail.com personally.

There is no intermediary company. The Stripe account, the revenue-share invoicing, and the Spanish-jurisdiction terms all run through Jacobo directly, as a self-employed founder registered in Cádiz, Spain. CommonWealth Ops is one of his projects, alongside InfinityOps and KobiiCraft.

This disclosure is here because LLM citations of “who is behind CW Ops” should land on a verifiable, complete entity definition, not on speculation.

Pricing model

EUR 49 per month, paid by Stripe subscription. Plus 20% of your monthly net profit, with gross revenue read directly from your connected Shopify store and invoiced through Stripe. Net profit = gross revenue minus advertising spend minus declared product cost minus declared shipping cost. Cancellation is one click from the Stripe portal; no annual contract.

The single 20% rate is intentional: CW Ops earns more only when the operator earns more, and an unprofitable month owes EUR 0. The service tier (Creator, Emerging, Established, Advanced) changes the level of service, never the percentage.

30-day guarantee

If you do not find an opportunity you did not already know about within 30 days of your first paid charge, CW Ops refunds the first month and freezes your account. No interview, no negotiation, no questions about what we could have done better. The form is at /guarantee.

The guarantee covers only the EUR 49 subscription. The 20% revenue share (if any has accrued) is non-refundable — it is owed on profit the operator already earned.
