How do I claim the 30-day guarantee?

Submit the claim form at /guarantee within 30 days of your first paid charge. State the reason: did not find an opportunity you did not already know about. We refund the first month via Stripe and freeze the account. No interview, no negotiation, no questions about what we could have done better.

How long does the refund take?

We issue the Stripe refund within 5 business days of receiving the claim. Stripe then takes 5-10 business days to land in your card statement. Total typical window: 7-15 business days from claim to bank.

What is NOT covered by the guarantee?

Accepted Answer

The 20% revenue share, if any has accrued, is non-refundable (it is owed on profit you already earned). The guarantee covers only the EUR 49 subscription. Charges after the 30-day window are non-refundable; cancel before the next renewal to stop billing.
