By accessing and using CommonWealth Ops you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

CommonWealth Ops is an AI-assisted ecommerce operations tool. We help you find a product, generate the store and prepare the ads; you approve every action and you are responsible for the legal and tax compliance of your business.

The software, the models, the orchestration flows, the store templates (including the CW Shrine theme) and the CommonWealth Ops methodology are the property of InfinityOps and are protected. Without prior written authorization, it is expressly prohibited to:

• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the system;
• extract, copy or replicate the methodology, the prompts, the decision rules or the structure of the generated stores in order to build a competing service;
• perform automated scraping of the product or of its outputs;
• resell, sublicense or redistribute access without authorization.

The store the system generates for you is yours to operate; the technology that generates it is not.

The system assists commercial operation; it does not guarantee sales, revenue or specific results. Business decisions and their execution are yours. To the extent permitted by law, we assume no liability for losses arising from use of the service.
